There's a known issue with the Win7 SDK which overwrites the 64-bit compiler
support files needed by Visual Studio. Looking for the link...

I have dll project that is OK in 32 bit processor(vs 2005) But when i
want
build this project in 64 bit machine OS windows 7. I have error
"Undefined
processor" in winnt.h header file. my vs2005 is installed with 64 bit
support.
i also try with platform sdk for windows 7. But every time i fetch same
error.
Please suggest me how can omit this error

VS 2005 had issues with Vista and had to have several patches installed
(SP1 and the Vista patch come to mind immediately) for semi-reliable
functionality. Now, you are trying to use it with Win 7, preproduction?
I'm surprised you don't have more issues to report. I suggest that you
consider updating to VS 2008 (still not guaranteed to be fully compatible
with Win 7), or waiting for VS 2010. BTW, do you have this issue when you
use a production OS (Vista x64, for example)?
