if you care about ease of installation

Well, while I've never thought that the boost code is anywhere near
production quality, I guess such comparisons mean almost nothing
without the actual code used for testing. One could easily come up
with tests which revert the results. A comparison made that way is
just marketing hype which no professional would take seriously as it
is.

One *could* easily come up with tests designed to skew a result
in favor of one vendor, but this vendor didn't. The test suite
is the one we developed to prove basic coverage and functionality
of our own code as we developed TR1. If you look at the web page
in question, you'll see that we bent over backwards to give Boost
a fair hearing. And, as I mentioned in a reply to Peter Dimov, the
tests are available to anybody who licenses our source, and have
been made available at no cost to Beman Dawes, the organizer of
Boost.

Call it marketing hype if you will, and don't take it seriously if
you wish, but the statements *are* subject to objective verification.
