I have one .java program for inserting an icon in the system tray... I
am using packages org.jdesktop.jdic.tray.*;
org.jdesktop.jdic.browser.WebBrowser; for that. When I run this
program from DOS prompt, it is working properly. And for that i have
set classpath to the .jar files.

Now i want to use this program from jsp page ..

A JSP is (as far as the end user is concerned) a
'web page', and it would not be appropriate for a
web page to insert a '** Special Discount Viagra
Offers ** icon into ..anything, let alone the system
tray.

..where I don't want to
run this program from DOS prompt. Can I copy the class file in the
package and use it as a bean in jsp page?

If a 'bean' translates to a 'trusted applet', then
maybe, but a better strategy is to use web start.

Or is there any other way to do it?

Offer a link to a signed (all-permissions) JNLP file
(invokes web start) and encourage the end user to
trust you enough to grant it 'full access' to their
computer.

Please help...its URGENT.

Please refrain from SHOUTING at us.

For urgent problems, you are better off seeking a
consultant (urgently), whereas this is usenet,
where you need to be patient.
