I've seen worse, but your advertisement needs more professionalism and poli=
sh. Fix the grammar and typos at least. Even better, vet the requirement =
for completeness (preferably what?) and accuracy (they don't officially cal=
l it "J2EE" any more). I know that recruiters don't actually know anything=
about what programmers do, but somehow I keep wishing for you guys to make=
it appear as if you do.
