(This is a really newby question, I know)
Java told you that an array index was invalid. It *also*
told you what the invalid value was, what line of the program
attempted to use it, what line called the method containing the
offending line, what line called *that* method, and so on. If
that's not enough to tell you "why," you must be looking for a
deeper sort of "why" than I comprehend. With all that Java told
you about the problem, what "why" still troubles you?
You are of no help.
Please do no not react any more
Don't be so rude, dendeezen. Please do not be so rude.
Instead, learn from what Eric told you. You are being tremendously arrogant
coming to a voluntary discussion group, getting a useful answer, and telling
the responder that he is "of no help". Shame on you. If you already knew
what would help, why did you need to ask here, hm?
