Hell, just a few minutes with Google image search should be able to get
one for you: just google <place> map, with images selected to only SVG,
and you should be able to find a decent lo-res map.

If you want hi-res maps (as in, surveying quality, so accurate to within
feet), you can probably find free GIS maps from the appropriate
government authority. GIS data also should include full GPS coordinates
for each point in the polygon.
