If you use some third party components, it is your task as developer to find a
way to make your final program run on the any target system that you want to
support. That means you have to do the research how to install the runtime of
these components, either by running an installer of the tool, or by creating an
installer for your product that installs all the required components.
That is part of the software development process, and it is your homework.
