being useful for a sales person or someone who works with people in more

I just checked my Windows XP install and I don't have that drop down on my
Languages tab. Perhaps it only shows up if you have the MUI's installed.

And since the MUI's are only available to Volume License customers, I think
we're screwed. In Vista, I'm pretty sure the MUI's are what are only
available in Vista Ultimate.

One thing I'm not clear on is when would someone want a MUI and when is a
Language Pack good enough?
