I have an MFC .NET 2003 application that takes data from two cameras
and plots analyzed data into two graphs. I would like to see the
actual video from both cameras, and both plots, in real time. Right
now everything happens on a 17" monitor, and there is not enough
space. The cameras are 512x512 and the plots are 800x400, and I have
to keep switching between dialog windows to see what's happenning. The
resolution of the screen is 1024x768. I am thinking of getting another
monitor, to, essentially, get a 2048x768 resolution. Are the any
potential issues with the MFC software, other than me probably having
to buy a new video card?

Not that I know of. I had a video card with 2 monitor outputs and hooked up
another monitor just because I could. Basically, you drag a window, any
window, to the other monitor and you see the window there.

I believe it may have issues with DirectX though, not sure.
