Are you doing something to change the increment of the scroll in the scroll
view (or are you even using CScrollView directly)? You can also hook this
message and see what it happening in there:

Some mouse drivers have a way of changing the behavior of the mouse wheel so
maybe your user is experiencing something like that?

My SDI app uses scrolling with the scroll bars just fine BUT when the user
( peskey users!) uses the mouse wheel it gets lost...read that doesn't
scroll all the way to the top when the scrolled with the wheel...
Is there something special I need to do to accommodate the mouse wheel?
