Nope. I'm just thinking whatever you're doing in your own close routine ...
could you move that. What I do is override OnClose() in mainframe, then
just call the framework one at the end.
I'm not all that sure what's going on in the framework code, but I never
have any problmes with that method of doing it.
Do you already have an OnClose() routine in your mainframe or childframe
window code (in your code) that might be causing this grief?

Are you saying that copy the CFrameWnd::Close() source from MFC files
and modify as i need and mask the call to parent implementation.
