There was a talk about including the source of some of the namespaces,
mainly WinForm. I believe its available as well. Also, rotor source is
available for those who really want to see whats going on.

I've not heard of WinForm source being available. That would be a
tremendous advantage. Rotor is the base class library source. Regardless,
this fits in with my general complaint about .NET --- partial solutions are
available (just like for Code obfuscation) but Microsoft has shirked their
responsibility of giving a solution in the box. Visual Studio and MFC is a
solution in a box. I like it. But all we have to do is look at history:
it took Microsoft about 8 years to graduate from the Programmer's WorkBench
(aka Programmer's WasteBasket) to come up with something resembling Borland
C++. I figure if .NET started gaining momentum in 2003, about 2010 or so we
should have something approaching a complete solution in a box.

Perhaps by that time, CPU's will be virtualized, and there will be dedicated
virtual processors running MSIL.
