In order to keep things clean when the control is checked/unchecked it has
to invalidate a rectangle behind itself on the parent window so that the
parent window would redraw the background.

If the background painting of the dialog is moved from the OnPaint to the
OnEraseBkgnd then that won't happen anymore.

In that case he will have to create his own checkbox control from
scratch, there is no way other way to make the box itself transparent,
only the text can be transparent easily.


I'm not sure how I would draw the box as transparent and still make it
visible and attractive....
