I have a dialog based application. In Visual Studio 2003, I can add
reference by right click the solution explorer->references to
add .NET / COM components.

But in Visual Studio 2005, If I do same thing, No .NET / COM
components tab show up. Why? And how to add reference in .NET / COM

As I said in my original post, No .NET / COM components tab show up.
So this article is not helpful for my case.
