It would be nice to have some automatic mechnism to manage these files. The
size is obvioulsy a problem and it would be nice if it could be
automatically rebuilt or even if there was a way to do this through the IDE.

In VS2003 I created a new SDI doc/view application.
I Opened the Resource View & Added a Dialog in it . And Then a Button
in dialog.
Then I Right clicked to use the Add Event Handler Wizard .

Problem: The Event Handler Wizard shows blanks for the fields Message
Type List & function name . I'm only able to attach the event to the
App class and not the Dialog class.
Means , Message Type List & function name appears for App Class but
not for the dlg class.

Though it works fine if I delete the .ncb file from the project.

Deleting *.ncb, *.opt is fine. Sometimes these get out of whack and other
times if these get too large, VS slows down.
