Well, FWIW it may be as simple as you missing a semicolon
in a header included before the MATLAB header...

now the error message is

C2146: syntax error : missing ';' before identifier 'CATID_ImwAdaptor'
here, the d:\matlab701\toolbox\daq\daqadaptor\adaptorkit is added
file path to the project. And adaptorkit.h is provided by MATLAB, so I
gues, I should not change that.
I have been trying on this, please let me know if anything else is
