If the real need *were* there, such a library would have been created
already. Considering that C++ (as a language) and many of its
components are designed in a market environment and (luckily) *not*
under a dictatorship of some marketing department of some corporation,
we can only conclude that absence of any particular feature or component
is a mere reflection on [the absence of] real demand.

Can we please stop bringing this up? It's a complete waste of time and
bandwidth, akin to, "oh, how I wish humans had wings (or more arms, or
gills, or eyes on the back of their heads); why didn't the Creator give
us bulletproof exoskeleton?..." -- to which the answer is, because
obviously all those things are *not needed* badly enough. <sigh>
