how to insert control's in CTabCtrl

hi group,

i have created a CTabCtrl on my dockable window with the following code

it is working fine.
now i want to insert a list view on the register tab and another list
view on Memory window.
but i am unable to find how to insert controls on the items.

if anyone knows how to insert controls on tab's please let me know.and
please tell me what other thing i shold read to make this control
fullproof.
