hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions worldwide.

I do not debate with bigots. You can't ever educate them.
If you inferred that when I plainly said, "I'm all for helping out the
handicapped but not at the expense of sacrificing one iota for the
mainstream audience" then I can only assume you either don't read well or
don't have enough imagination to believe that modern software can handle
both objectives.
And I guess you can't educate that either.
