Hey folks,

I wasn't going to do this but, what the hey. I think I took more abuse than
was fair in this thread and I'm going to exploit it:

We've released a 100% free version of our hex editor. It has less features
than the full version but is still very fast and functional. There is
absolutely no catch. Just download it and start using it today. You don't
need to register, provide your name or anything like that.

And, no, I'm not going to post all the details here in this forum. If you'd
like a cool hex editor for free, you'll need to follow the link.

Thanks!

Actually, I was under the impression he probably didn't pay quite enough
attention
to the specifics of the question.

I see you've evaded it so far, as well.

I found the implications of the question to include a desire to acquire
MORE
information BEFORE a williness to try the application would be
entertained.
That's a rational decision, and one that pure enthusiasm (i.e., marketing
fluff)
is unlikely to sway.

Karl and I have been friends for a very long time. When we disagree on
something,
we understand each other's style, and don't hesitate calling one another
on our
failings - especially where those might leave other people without the
help they
asked for.

It works for us. Please reexamine your impartiality (if any) on this
subthread.

Karl let his enthusiasm lead him to overlook the fact that his answer was
actually non-responsive to the specific question. You, on the other hand,
are
someone who might be expected to KNOW the feature set. Yet you haven't
addressed
the question either, only the [non]responses it has gathered.

Bob
