I think that there might be some conflict between your ISP or your IP and
the msnews servers, but I'm not sure...

use? Do you use msnews?

Looking at his message headers, I don't think he does. Like you, I only see
8 messages in this thread (9 including yours) and none of AliR's. There is
a long history of msnews not completely propagating posts. I had the same
problem back in '98 or so with my posts not reaching msnews from AT&T. Take
it from me, the best solution is to just use msnews.
